WINEMAKING
Hand-picked from old, low-yielding Grenache vines. Mostly crushed and destemmed, with a portion of whole bunches included for added complexity. Fermented gently in open fermenters for up to 14 days on skins. Pressed early to avoid firm tannins, then matured in a mix of stainless steel and seasoned French oak for nine months. Bottled early to preserve freshness and aromatics. Minimal intervention throughout to highlight the quality of the old vine Grenache.
THE WINE
Vibrant, easy-drinking and full of flavour. Juicy red berries like cherry and raspberry lead the way, with a hint of spice and soft, rounded tannins. Medium-bodied with balanced freshness and a clean, bright finish. A great match for casual dinners, BBQs or relaxed nights in with friends.
